Which includes changing the farmer’s strategy and shifting his goals from planting a traditional wheat variety that is used for eating like (Bulgur) to planting other variety produce wheat and can also be used for making bread.

Planting a traditional wheat variety

  • Distributing new, high-quality, and certified wheat seeds especially for making bread.
  • Testing the soil to know the percentage of the natural chemical elements in it and knowing the elements it needs, then applying for a theoretical and practical training program (from seeds to seeds), also field visits in order to follow up on the farmer’s application of the information they received from the theoretical training regarding how to use the fertilizers & agricultural pesticides.
